We can Get a cool domain, from any of the web-hosting sites available on internet
by paying some $100 0r so... but...

Since , We are Newbies we would use a local (means not on Web) Web Server.

To Set up a Local Server is very Simple by following steps.

For Window Users; ( I suggest windows not Linux for website designing.)*
1.Download Xampp from the following link
"http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/"

2.Install It by Simple steps Shown in Setup.
(you may refer to "http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html"


3.Start the services Mysql , Apache
(if they are not started already)

4.Open your Web Browser , in Address Bar type " localhost" or 127.0.0.1

5.Select Language on the Xampp Web page and you have a virtual Web Server Ready.
